But what configuration do you have to do? The FAQ mentions something about the need to set up a name for the device; if you can only do that from a Mac, then you wouldn't be able to use it on a PC-only network, would you? You'd have to have a Mac to set it up.

If you just telnet to the device, or use an HTTP connection, then you could use it on any network, like any other router/hub device.
