Not sure this may help exactly, but I have a fatPage holding an embedded Frontier table at http://sd.znet.com/~dwlarson/FAT_Pages/DayChecker.html

that one may use to execute sheduled scripts only on certain days defined in the table.

You could modify the script to look for time values instead.
