Not really. Third Voice is like an alternate distributor for the magazine, which offers the service of selling pre-stickied magazines.

You're right.

And that alternative distributor got permission from the magazine publishers. Or they'd be sued into the ground.

(And I said the note is in all the magazines because it has the potential to be viewed by all, unlike a real-world physical note. The reality is in fact neither of those, so metaphors should be abandoned in this instance.)
