mainResponder.members.setCookie ("", "",members)

I needed a slight variation to this solution

pta = html.getPageTableAddress(); mainResponder.members.setCookie ("", "", mainresponder.members.getMembershipTable (pta^.members) );

This works where the name of the membership group is not unique in the scope, for example when your discussion group is named the same as your membership table.
