I'm very excited about this.

We've been doing this on the fly for a year or so now with the web based editing system for the Nonprofit FAQ http://www.nonprofits.org/npofaq/ -- people assigned each document to one or more keywords and then rank their relevancy, which determines the order in which they are listed on each page.

We have a restricted set of categories. How will this work in the my.userland and RSS scheme of things?
