Developer prefs panel bug

BTW: There's a bug in the developer prefs panel (http://prefs.userland.com/default$frontierDevelopers).

Enter a website URL in the websites links textarea input box, and submit the form.

The URL gets turned into the HTML for a link (url).

Submit the page again (with or without changes, I think).

The URL is now wrapped in *TWO* sets of tags!
