You might help your cause if you would more carefully state where you are having the problems.

In the your website GDB make sure you have:

htmlInterfaces.root.newsStoryDG.#prefs.defaultMembershipGroup pointing to the related membership table address in members.root.

htmlInterfaces.root.newsStoryDG.edit.#members pointing to the same.

Do similar for sportsMembers website DG.

You may wish to construct your own notes from the various DG HowTo's and TechNotes tailored to your liking. :-)
