I do feel compelled to point out that the ArsDigita Community System is documented, both in print as "Philip and Alex's Guide to Web Publishing" and online at <http://photo.net/wtr/thebook>.

As for support, there's a very active discussion group at <http://photo.net/bboard/q-and-a.tcl?topic=web/db>, as well as e-mail to various ArsDigita types.
