proxy server timeout

I'm having trouble reliably moving ojects with webedit due to my proxy server timing out.

I know I've seen this somewhere but I can't find it.

Where do you set the time interval for a proxy server timeout?

I usually empty out user.webbrowser.proxy.domain but it's a pain to have to reset when you want to do updates.
