Exactly, that's the only issue here. The issue is about business practices. Conxion makes claims that are now in question. It's only fair that they disclose to future and current customers that they take a role in editorial policy on sites whose content flows through their pipes.

I am sorry to hear that your ISP uses such tactics to eliminate criticism. I am curious why the FTC allows companies to provide a policy of time compensation for outages and then lets those companies renege when a customer wants the credit.

I hope you prevail against them in the coming days because I feel that you are in the right.
