It's certainly not a private matter between me and the Scripting News readers. When my LAN is out for 48 hours straight I have to dictate the contents of the home page to Bierman over the phone, and you guys can't get through to your Manila sites. This is what's so clueless about Salerno. He thinks the problems are invisible. They are totally visible. What should I say? I thought I'd disconnect my LAN for two weeks just for kicks?

And thanks for the support Jacob. A group hug from you guys every once in a while really helps. I'm not kidding about that. I wish we had done that at ManilaPalooza. Next time, maybe.

And thanks for the Delete command. Some really bizarre messages are showing up here from vultures, sort of ghosts from the past that like to gang up. The blood in the water must attract them. One of them works for Vignette. Go figure.

As often happens, I have written about this before. Back in a sec with a pointer.

1/4/95: "By the way, the person with the big problem is probably a competitor."

Nuf said.
