Vanilla is something like bare-bones Manila (uhm, there are lots of things missing - one might attribute that either to Vanilla's different philosophy, or, more realistically, to my constant slacking). Best thing to do - just try it out at the playground. Start is where it all starts (huh!), always, and, of course, every page has an edit link. Don't try that at home, but if you insist - download the thang.

Disclaimer: If you want an easily installed, full-featured Vanilla, just buy Manila.
