Dave, when you are talking about replicated data, what exactly do you mean?

Are you talking about the ISP offering some sort of static caching servers or replication services?

I wonder if Switzerland has liberal net laws. I wish some country would step up and the the Swiss banking of the Internet world. I think it would feel sort of cool to sign my web page with a number. heheh

I wonder if you would be protected if you put your servers in the Liberian embassy. :-)
