Dave, you linked to this message from your late-May posting as you were coming back from overseas.

Dave, if I were to write an open-source version of your scripting language, would I be in any legal jeopardy? Would you come after me if I took your base language, turned it into a BNF grammar, and then ran it thru a parser generating program?
