From the looks of it, sessions will be heavy focused on Microsoft's new .NET platform and related technologies including XML and SOAP. Its interesting to note that apparently only one session out of more than 100 is directly related to desktop application development. They seem to be fully positioning themselves as the web service framework provider. I'll gladly post more info when I return if anyone is interested.
