They will be in big trouble. "We are changing the rules, but there is no way for you, the (ex-)customer to say "no"."It really looks like there is no way to delete an account. But you can
1) change the name and email address on an account
2) change an address
3) drop any credit card informationSo if you want to be an ex-customer, One might suggest that one changes the
name to: private citizen
email to: info@amazon.com, or a mail expire addres (http://www.mailexpire.com/)
and address to Amazon.com
