Getting paid for plug-ins

One of the next projects I want to tackle is to get money flowing through the Manila plug-ins business. With a financial incentive, the docs will get better for sure, and more plug-ins will become available. I have some ideas on how to approach this, but we want to talk with the people who run Manila hosting services first, privately.
