Perl, XML, Frontier, and Unicode

From the ORA press release:

"One of the summit group's first priorities is to get Perl working with Unicode (ISO 1046). Unicode enables code to be easily translated into other languages; XML requires Unicode. Wall will lead the team working on this task. "

If Frontier is to be a premier XML tool, it too will need Unicode support (possible on MacOS and NT -- but Win95??) ... is Unicode support being planned for Frontier too?
