He did not commit perjury. Perjury is a complicated crime that requires several elements to be proved, none of which are clearly present in this case.

What he did is try to manipulate a bunch of dishonest lawyers that were trying to damage him. If it was a clean fight, neither Ken Starr nor Paula Jones lawyers would have leaked to the press.

Bimbo erruption and scorched earth are commnts in the press, not the White House.
