Unicase vs Case-sensitive filenames

Another issue -- Mac web servers) are case-insensitive.Apache is case-insensitive.
In other words:
http://www.myserver.com/myDirectory/
is different from
http://www.myserver.com/MyDirectory/
Is there some flag that makes Apache case-insensitive?
