Help for cscript deployment.

This is my case.I'm actually using kixart to pass some script to my users (400). Event though Kixart is powerfull, I would like to call some vbscript at loggin time to perform some maintenance and admin task.
We kill our SMS box.
I would like to pass any dll required to run cscript from a batch file (or a kixart script).
Am I a dreamer?
Can anyone help?
