Which of the open source leaders protested when they painted all commercial developers with the same brush? When did they stand up for us? I started reading the advogato piece, and wondered why they didn't protest when ESR started spouting his hate messages about my ethics? The Meyer piece speaks for me. I respect people based on what they create and their commitment to seeing it through, in my opinion, neither Raymond or Stallman have created much software (someone is sure to post a list) so let's take a deeper look at their theories. Nothing wrong with that.
