DHTML Cross Browser Library for Pike?

Over the weekend I rumaged thorugh Both MS's website and Netscape to see if someone on one the devlop teams was doing a cross browser library for DHTML that could be used in Pike implementations..I did find one..here is the link..I will not have time to test this library out..working on finalizing bidding on an e-commerce site to be done in Frontier/Manila..but maybe someone else with some time can take a look and put it through tis paces..
