Someone i work with set up a radio station running out of his home. He has a cable modem and pretty much has it running all the time. It's actually running on a lot of old mac equipment. It's nice because there are not that many great radio stations out this way.Check it @ http://www.tacowagon.com
The funniest stuff are the stingers that everybody in the office recorded for him.
He could also explain how to go about getting permissions to the music.
