Well, I hope most other people didn't take it that literally, and there's some controversy over whether Napster is legal or illegal, it's not quite as black and white as you say.My point is that as a user, both are remarkably similar. And asking the question yielded some information that's proving fairly useful.
Key point: The record companies permit KFOG to play music over the Internet. So they have *some* terms that allow this. I of course want to know what those terms are.
