You can't play more than n songs by one artist in an hour, etc."This is why MTV's personalized Web radio service had to dump their "choose your own playlist"... Even the radio stations with big transmitters have complained about the licensing terms of their over the air signal to be broadcast on the Web.
"A webcaster must disable copying by a transmission recipient if in possession of the technology to do so".
Probably just refers to programs like Real Audio's record function that can be turned on for people with the advanced version of their player.
