I need both no quota *and* multiple static IP addresses (6 and growing).

I was a dial-up modem customer of Seanet years ago and had bad experiences with them, so I think I might go with USWest after all. But I'll look into other local ISPs.

PS I'm in Seattle, too, so your comments are very helpful.
