But I'm assuming the DTD is meant to work with XSL to be directly browsable-- or has the XML community steered off that path already???I don't think it is. When Dave started doing Scripting News in XML, I don't think I had even heard of XSL.
I don't think the "XML community" has a single path. Some people want to view XML documents (using XSL or something similar), but that's only one of zillions of uses for XML.
