OK, I got this figured out, and seem to be getting a good RSS file.

I looked at the page you cited and the rss file looks truncated. However, the raw xml looks okay, as you can see on this page:

http://128.171.15.137/news/nahenahe/mostRecentScriptingNews.xml

To see that it's truncated compare it with the Scripting News RSS file:

http://news.userland.com/scriptingNewsToRSS.xml
