Can anyone comment on the feature sets of GoLive and Dreamweaver, including their relative abilities to communicate with Frontier?

some relevant factors:

• both MacOS and WinNT versions of the above will be used
• scripting -- OSA on Mac, anything on NT?
• XML handling
• is the GoLive/ImageReady/ImageStyler bundle an advantage over Dreamweaver?
• this user has no experience with graphics image manipulation in Photoshop.
• content must be servable with IIS/ASP
