i wouldn't be so sure in this day and age where service providers overwhelmed with business are able to choose their customers. From what i can tell of this business relationship's history, it doesn't seem like conexion made a dime, especially if it's sending out engineers for 16 hour on-site visits and undercharging for services rendered.

the april 4th letter sounded like a sincere attempt to re-earn your business making the april 12 letter unexpected. what happened during those 8 days?
