This sounds to me like a fairly even-handed summary. IMO, it shouldn't be any more surprising that some people shop for free software than some that people shop for free-range eggs or organic carrots. Organic carrots, and free software, may not be everyone's gig. I'm OK with that, and waiting to see how it all unfolds.
