Where does a person go to take up an issue with Apple? I go to their web site and get lost in all the options. Is there any effective forum where these issues get discussed that those in power at apple might be listening to?It certainly is a lot easier to influence a small company than it is to even get the attention of a company like Apple, or Microsoft.
